An invitation: Want to go tidepooling with me?
Nature lovers around the world: Would you like to join an online Zoom workshop to learn about tidepools? We will break down the concepts of nature journaling, and help you to go from stuck to starting.
The workshop will be hosted on a Saturday morning or weekday, depending on everyone's preference.
In SF Bay Area: Would you be interested in an in-person guided tour of the tidepools?
I will show you how to find out when to visit the tidepools at low tide. You will need to bring lunch and a reliable camera to take photos of any critters that you see. If you're interested in conservation, I can also show you how to use the iNaturalist app.
This is a less accessible activity than most, as it requires going down a long flight of stairs. But, there are many comfortable places to explore and enjoy plants within the Monterey Cypress grove.
Reply to let me know your preference. If there is enough interest, I will get back to you with dates very soon. You can also forward this to someone if you think they would be interested.
