How this started

As a tech worker and working mom in Silicon Valley, I've felt the frantic pace of daily life. Through the consistent recording of the world around me, I've found a practice that helps me to slow down and to be more present with my friends and family.

I've learned a great deal about the natural world, while reducing my screen time and I truly believe a sketchbook or notebook can be an outlet for coping with stress in your day-to-day.
